There’s a brief mention of the new pipeline we built, and Yun-Chen got some recognition for building the new lighting tool. We were writing the pipeline tools literally at the same time we had crew rolling onto the show. So it was a little bumpy as things got refined and we fixed bugs. Considering that we did it with 3 primary developers (me, Yun-Chen, and Scott) while we were supervising the crew and working on shots ourselves–I think we did ok. Especially when many others at the studio were telling us it couldn’t be done.

Running two blogs doesn’t seem to make a whole lot of sense to me right now, since my time is so limited. So for the next little bit, I’m going to focus on my webcomic and try to get that ready to start publishing regular installments.

Plus I don’t really know what to write on this blog anymore. I don’t feel that I can write too much about work or CG production because of the potential issues with my employer. I’m not really one to post about personal life or random stuff. So that leaves posting about my personal creative work. And right now that’s Lirielle.
